Passport Rehabilitation Program
The goal of our Passport Program is to restore you to health. We understand that every person under our care has distinct requirements for therapy. Your individual rehabilitation is tailored to a series of realistic, short-term achievements based on getting you home.
Our services are designed to give you the skills and abilities needed to live a healthy and fulfilling life. Whether you’re struggling with physical or post-operative challenges, our dedicated staff will cater to your unique needs and preferences, providing customized therapy in comfortable and finely appointed accommodations. We offer these services 7 days a week, as directed by your physician.
Often times individuals come to us on a planned basis following a pre-scheduled surgery. Make us part of your “journey” to a more fulfilling life by pre-booking your room and therapy services in advance of your surgery. We will handle all of the “paperwork” for you and your surgeon, by working with Medicare and your insurance carrier to give you one less thing to worry about. For more information, please speak to our Admissions Department.
